Because stoves get so hot inside there are a number of parts which will degrade over time - this is completely normal. These stove parts protect your stove from serious damage. The most common spare parts that you will need for your stove are the grate (especially if you burn coal on your stove), the baffle plate (sometimes called a throat plate) - which is the plate of metal inside the your stove installed at an angle near the top of the firebox, the fire bricks which protect the sides of the stove from heat damage, and of course stove glass.
